Testing laboratory

        Testing laboratory specializes in analysis of one or more products. The most important requirement to its operation is the accreditation in the National Accreditation System of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

        Complex testing laboratories (CTL) under “O`zbek-Turk Test Markazi” JV LLC was accredited by the National Accreditation System of the Republic of Uzbekistan to conduct periodic and certification tests of products in accordance with the scope of accreditation under certificate No. UZ.AMT 07 MAI-136.

What is a test?

       Test is a technical operation that includes determination of one or more characteristics of product, process or service in accordance with established procedure.

Procedure is a method of activities or process implementation.

Main testing stages

  • Pretest preparation activities and tests shall be carried out in the following order:
  • analysis of test request;
  • testing plan development;
  • test equipment preparation;
  • sampling and storage of samples;
  • testing;
  • test data record;
  • data processing and evaluation of accuracy of test results;

execution of test report and determination of results of assessment of compliance with regulatory document requirements.

TEST REPORT

         Test report is an official document issued by accredited laboratory, where the results of conducted tests are specified.

         Products are tested for deficiencies and compliance with requirements of relevant standards (GOST, technical regulations, specifications and other regulatory documents) using various equipment and instruments.

         Upon the completion of tests, accredited laboratory experts prepare test report confirming the product or good compliance with relevant regulations. Test report is sent to certification center or to the applicant. A copy of the document is kept in the laboratory for at least three years.

         The results of laboratory tests equally belong to the customer and the laboratory that carried out analysis and prepared test report. If publication of test results is required, the consent of both parties shall be obtained. The information revealed during analysis is confidential. The responsibility for disclosure of such analysis information is personal.

  • Test protocol can be required for:
  • certification tests of products;
  • periodic tests of products for compliance with regulatory documents-acceptance tests.

        The certification authority makes a decision based on test report. These two (or more) documents are fundamental for issue of certificates. If the analysis is required for certification to validate the safety in various areas of certification, it can be required to carry out analysis in a number of accredited laboratories and test protocol shall be prepared by each of such laboratories.
